Alolan Exeggutor used for catching?

So, I was just looking through Alolan Exeggutor’s information, and thought of a set for catching that could be pretty decent. Here is what I think it would look like:

Alolan Exeggutor with the Harvest ability, holding a leppa berry-Synthesis-Dragon Hammer (decent power, STAB, no side-effects and good for most Pokemon type-wise)-Sleep Powder-Sunny Day

Would this be a good catching moveset, for shiny hunting by SOS especially, or is there a better moveset?

The asker already knows most of the answer, so I’m answering here mostly to take it off the unanswered list.

My point is I want to try a different method of a hunter. Sure, this may not be able to properly get them on low health, but it is an alternative that could have a possibility. The point of this one was because most hunters typically have false swipe, healing move / pp move, high damage move and a move to sleep/paralyse. I want to try something that can survive on its own to get through them without having to rely on tons of berries. This Exeggutor can shiny hunt for you even if you have just one Leppa berry and a way to easily get the other Pokemon on low health. Besides, the effects (sleep) will help with catching more than low health.
