Alolan Marowak or Alolan Raichu for gen 8 RU?

Raichu with surge surfer and electric terrain makes it the fastest Pokemon in the tier but marowak is actually ranked there while Alolan raichu is PU but maybe it could edge out marowak alolan

As the comments already said, Raichu’s and Marowak’s types and stats are very different, so it’s difficult to compare them. However, this is what Smogon has said about Marowak.
