Here’s a good one for Doubles OU. It can learn clear smog, but clear smog is probably not worth using when stat-raising moves are so rare in this format.

Sandy Shocks is a nice SpA Ground-type, which can provide a variety of roles such as hazard setter, pivot, Booster Energy Tera Abuser, Specs, Scarf, etc. If you really want a phazer, then Arceus-Ground is the way to go.

Sandy Shocks has an okay presence in OU, but shines as one of the only viable SpA Ground-Types. It has the third highest SpA as a Ground-type, but the highest in SV at 121. Arceus-Ground can also do good in Ubers, but usually only runs physical sets. Judgment and Dragon Tail on the same set is also less than ideal.
