Any way to get Fake out and Last Resort?

Is there any way to get any Pokemon withjustFake Out and Last Resort in any game?

Statistically speaking, the Pokemon suggested by MechaCharizard:Aipom, Ambipom, Buneary, Delcatty, Glameow, Kecleon, Lopunny, Meowth, Mew, Persian, Purugly, Skitty, Smeargle, Spinda, is correct when looking up until Gen 6.

In the newest game Sun/Moon, onlyMeowth, Persian, Aipom, Ambipom, Skitty, Delcatty, Glameow and Purugulyare able to learn such moves. The problem is, in Sun/Moon, each Pokemon can learn Fake Out levelling up, but needs to breed with another Pokemon knowing Last Resort from the Same Egg Group.

However, in older games, some Pokemon such as Spinda can learn Last Resort from Move Tutor; but no Pokemon can learn both from levelling up. But, if you want a suggestion, Mega Lopunny is the best to have this combination for Gen. 6 - great Atk./Spd. +STAB, and the ability Scrappy to hit Ghost Pokemon as well.
