Are there any non-legendary/mythical Pokemon in the anime that can talk?

So have any Pokemon in the anime spoken human language that aren’t Legendary or Mythical Pokemon? There’s obviously Team Rocket’s Meowth, any others? Also, sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn’t find it.

If any Pokemon meet this criteria, please list them and if you can list the episode that they talked in. Unless, of course that Pokemon frequently talks, in which case you don’t have to list every episode.
