Are there any Pokemon that can learn a move for: paralysis, confuse and one to make the target flinch?

Been thinking of making some kind of super annoyer to use for WiFi battles on x and y and I knew about para-confuse but I was wondering if there was any Pokemon that had the move set for the para confuse and had another move to make a target flinch? I’ve been struggling to find one.

There aren’t too many Pokemon who can abuse that strategy, whether it be they lack strong base stats, such as having a poor HP, or they just can’t be relied on generally. Most Pokemon, however, learn Swagger. And there is one Pokemon who can abuse the living hell out of Paraflinchfusion, and that’s Togekiss.

Paralysis+Airslash w/ Serene Grace+Confusion = 95% to leave the Pokemon useless. You could add on a Kings Rock and get an extra 10% and your opponent will never move :D

Sableye.It can learn T-Wave, Confuse Ray, Zen Headbutt, Dark Pulse and Headbutt.
