At what level should I give Growlithe a Fire Stone?

It learns.. these moves at these levels.

—BiteThe foe is bitten with viciously sharp fangs. It may make the target flinch.

—RoarThe foe is scared off, to be replaced by another Pokémon in its party. In the wild, the battle ends.

6 -EmberThe foe is attacked with small flames. The target may also be left with a burn.

9 -LeerThe foe is given an intimidating leer with sharp eyes. The target’s Defense stat is reduced.

14 -Odor SleuthEnables the user to hit a Ghost type with any type of move. It also enables the user to hit an evasive foe.

17 -Helping HandA move that boosts the power of the ally’s attack in a Double Battle

20 -Flame WheelThe user cloaks itself in fire and charges at the foe. It may also leave the target with a burn.

25 -ReversalAn all-out attack that becomes more powerful the less HP the user has.
