Besides Chansey, who is the best user of Eviolite?

Pretty self-explanatory. Please give maybe a couple of Pokemon and reasons why.

Porygon2 is anamazinguser of the Eviolite. It makes his bulk virtually (ha ha) unparalelled, and is made even sweeter by its access to Recover and Trace. Porygon2 is definitely right up there with Chansey.

Ferroseed with Eviolite is a common sight in LC, NU and even UU at times. It has access to stalling moves like Leech Seed, making it a good user of SubSeed. While it doesn’t have access to Leftovers like its big brother Ferrothorn, it is able to hold its own in three tiers.

While Dusklops doesn’t have as much pizzazz nowadays, he was an absolute Eviolite monster a few generations back. He had a deadly Rest/Pain Split/Ice Punch/Night Shade set that could tear up unprepared teams. However, soon Ghost-type defensive giants such as Jellicent and Aegislash came and stole his thunder.

Doublade, Gligar, Golbat, Rhydon… basically any not fully evolved Pokémon with decent defenses. Also, Eviolite is the most common item in the LC tier, so you could say that the majority of the stage-one Pokémon (Pawniard, Rufflet, Omanyte, etc.) are good users of Eviolite.

Here is a list of all Pokémon with Eviolite recommended as part of their sets.

Porygon2He has incredible bulk toboth attack and special attack. He learns recover, so it takes forever to kill him. You basically have to either use a buffing move or status him to kill him

(252 Atk Life Orb Terrakion Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 128+ Def Eviolite Porygon2: 296-351 (79.1 - 93.8%) – guaranteed 2HKO)

He can withstand a lot.

DusclopsDusclops has incredible bulkwithoutthe eviolite (130 base def and sp def). He is so bulky he can switch into a hit and still manage to get a turn in if needed.

(252 SpA Life Orb Latias Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 160 Def Eviolite Dusclops: 71-86 (25 - 30.2%) – guaranteed 4HKO)

Here is more proof for dusclops (4 SpA Deoxys-A Psycho Boost vs. 252 HP / 96+ SpD Eviolite Dusclops: 114-135 (40.1 - 47.5%) – guaranteed 3HKO)

He can withstand even more. The one problem with dusclops is his lack of a recovery move, that’s why porygon2 is generally used more

These are the only two I can think of. If anyone else has any please let me know and I’ll edit them in.

Hope this Helps!

I think the bests are:Doublade because it provides a lot of bulk in a Pokemon with convenient typingMachoke to me would be the best if it weren’t for op Chansey. It is because of these 2 reasons:1. No guard dynamic punch2. Its Def and SpDef stats aren’t high, but they are balanced and can each reach to 200 (the number you see at the right of the EVs bar which is the original of Pokémon) without too much investment on EVs

Scyther for sure!Scyther @ EvioliteAbility: TechnicianEVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpeTimid Nature- Struggle Bug- Defog / Tailwind / toxic- Roost- U-turn

It’s a great wall physically and specially because of struggle bug (lowers spec. attack) I use defog because my team doesnt enjoy rocks to well. but you can swap defog for tailwind or something else.

Of course, Porygon 2 is best, but I feel like type Null is pretty neat too

Type: Null @ EvioliteAbility: Battle armorEVs 252 Defense 252 Special Defense 4 HPImpish nature-Rest (Heal)-Sleep Talk (To attack while asleep)-Tri attack (STAB)-Air slash (Coverage)

Type Null also prevents Crits with battle armor which is pretty neat.
