Breeding a iron fist chimchar, any suggestions?

So I’m breeding an iron fist chimchar with em’s Fire punch, thunder punch and assist as he evolves I’mma probably replace assist with Mach punch and put power up punch for the fourth move to take full advantage of his ability, but my question is what’s the best nature for him? And whats a good hold item for him with this moveset?:)

Infernape @ Life OrbAbility: Iron FistEVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 SpeJolly Nature- Fire Punch- Close Combat- Mach Punch- Thunder Punch

Moves:Close Combatis mandatory, as it is Infernape’s strongest Fighting STAB move and allows it to hit Pokemon that are hit neutrally for some solid damage.Mach Punchis extremely useful for revenge killing threats such as +1 Mega Gyarados, +1 Mega Tyranitar and Bisharp, as well as letting Infernape avoid a potential Speed tie with Terrakion and other base 108 Speed Pokemon.Thunder Punchlets Infernape handle many otherwise hard checks on the switch-in, such as Talonflame, Azumarill, Gyarados, and Mega Charizard Y.Fire Punchweaker than Flare Blitz, but it allows Infernape to stick around for longer due to lack of recoil, and is also boosted by Iron Fist

Nature and EV spread:Max Attack and Speed for outspeeding and landing a heavy hit on many Pokémon. Really not much else to say.
