Building a team around Charmander?

Ok so I have this Charmander I have ready to trade over to my white 2 game which i’m starting over. would like you guys to help me as I am struggling fora team build up. So here is the Pokemon types:Ice (fast and bulky)Electric (i wanted a pikachu so I think thats up to your suggestions)Grass (fast and bulky)Dragon (fast and bulky)Water (fast and bulky)
