By how much does Huge Power raise attack?

Also DT told me that Azumarill was RU because of Huge power and Aqua jet but I didn’t see aqua jet on its profile here how does it learn it?

the attack power of the pokemon is doubled but if the ability is skill swapped the attack stat is halved instead

Azumarill learns aqua jet by an egg move.

to get it it has to breed with these pokemon that learn the move Golduck, Seel, Dewong, Kabuto,Kabutops, Empoleon, Buizel, Floatzel, Tirtouga, Carracosta and Alomomola

and these pokemon that breed to get the move also Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Totodile, Croconaw, Feraligatr, Marill, Azumarill, Surskit and Masquerain

Huge Power Boosts the Pokemon’s attack by 2x, And I can’t find Aqua Jet either, but On Serrebii it says through breeding with Either Blastoise and Co, Golduck, Dewgong and Co, Kabutops and Co, Empoleon, Floatzel and Co, Dragonite and Co, Feraligatr and Co, Marril, Masquarin and Co, Carracosta and Co and Alomomola.
