Can a cloned japanese ditto with 6iv breed a shiny in Pokemon X and Y?

so I got a 6iv japanese ditto from trading. I dont know if its cloned but maybe it is because its not born on kalos (“seems to have traveled across both space and time in order to reach kalos region from unova region”) and everyone clones dittos in Pokemon x and y. I am trying to get a shiny froakie for days but still luck. I am starting to think that cloned Pokemon cant get a shiny egg. someone can tell me if its possible?

If it said Seems to have traveled across both space and time in order to reach kalos region from unova regionMeans that it maybe isn’t cloned. Because it comes from Unova region (Gen 5) and maybe someone transfered it from BW2 with Pokebank. And I think cloned Pokemon can have Hex Pentagon so yeah it should be able to breed.

PS catch a Pokemon with Flame Body and bicycle with it to hatch eggs faster and put Destiny Knot on Ditto to give the newborn babies 6IVs. (In Gen5 you can only transfer 5IVs)

You can get a shiny with a cloned Pokemon, it just takes time.I tried to breed for a shiny Froakie and had no luck even after a week or so, sadly.

You can, shiny breeding is just time consuming.
