Can a level 1 Tododile learn Hydro Pump?

I got a totodile from the GTS and its level 1 and knows hydro pump.Is this even possible?Ps: I’m playing Pokemon YThanks

Yes, it can.Totodile can learn Hydro Pump through an Egg Move when a Female from the Totodile line breeds with any male from the following list that knows Hydro Pump:

Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Psyduck, Golduck, Poliwag, Poliwhirl, Poliwrath, Horsea, Seadra, Kingdra, Lapras, Omanyte, Omastar, Marill, Azumarill, Remoraid, Octillery, Mantine, Mudkip, Lombre, Surskit, Masquerain, Pelliper, Milotic, Huntail, Gorebyss, Relicanth, Piplup, Prinplup, Empoleon, Buizel, Floatzel, Tympole, Palpitoad, Seismitoad, Tirtouga, Carracosta, Alomomola, Froakie, Frogadier, Greninja, Skrelp, Dragalge

No, a Totodile can not learn learn Hydro pump at level 1, but can learn it either from birth, or at level 50, but if it does not learn Hydro pump by birth and you evolve it Croconaw learns it at level 60 and Feraligatr learns it at level 76, so I would wait until it learns Hydro Pump before evolving it unless you don;t mind the extra grind.
