Can Dunsparce be Good?

I was just thinking and wondering if it’s possible for Dunsparce to be a truly good Pokemon. Please include nature, ability, evs, moves, and possible nicknames!

The only way to make Dusparce usable is to give it a paraflinch set.

It relies on luck, because Dunsparce is so frail that it needs the right opportunity to set up, unlike say Jirachi or Togekiss who have good bulk. Glare’s recommended because it’ll hit ground types as well.

Yes, it could be good if you use it right.

Despite his bad stats, Dunsparce can be a decent defensive Pokémon. Here’s a staller set I would suggest:
