Can someone list all the Pokemon that meet these criteria?
I’m running a trick room mega Steelix because I love how this thing looks and it performs rather good. However, I need to reshuffle the team a bit. So can someone list all the non legendary Pokemon that meet the following criteria
Also please include a recommended moveset and item for the Pokemon

These sets are meant for Gen 8 (except Donphan), but with some tweaking, these are likely possible in Gen 7, too (although Grapploct doesn’t appear there). As mentioned in the comments (with STP), some of these Pokémon would likely before better with an item other than a Choice Band, such a Mawile probably being better with a Mawilite. However, all of the Pokémon should fair well with one.
