Can you get a Zoraroak or Zoura without celebi?

I want a Zoura and a Zoraroak but I don’t have a celebi

No, unless you trade from the GTS or with a friend, but that is not recommended because in GTS they ask for ridiculous Pokemon or they may be hacked..

Yes pb is right but he forgets that you can also get zorarork by sending the event shiny dogs to b/w

If you have one of the Shiny legendary dogs, then you can get Zoroark and breed it into Zorua.

If you didnt get the event Celebi,you can get a Celebi via GTS or Poketransfer,Poketransfer is the easiest,cause the GTS askes for REDICULOUS pokemon,and I hop you get one,and if you want a female,you can always get one via breeding…and to evolve it is how you can get Zorark.

What you do is talk to the person in Castilia City and get the Zoura pokedex entry. Then, like other people said, you go to the GTS and look for a Zoura/Zoroark.

Or you wait till you battle someone with a Zoura/Zoroark(which I can almost promise is near the end of the game) and then go to the GTS and look for zoura/zoroark.

I did this myself and got a lv.64 zoroark and now 5 zoura eggs. Believe me-I know!
