Defensive bug Pokemon?

I feel like training a bug Pokemonand I’m thinking of a defensive oneany suggestions and movesets?

Well, I say that Scizor and Foretress are good, but they are also standard, this is something that most people won’t expect.

Bug-Flying typing gives it a weakness to Stealth Rock, which is super common in competitive, but Lefties and Heal Order takes care of that, Bug-Flying typing also gives you resistances to common types, such as Fighting, Bug, Grass. You can also put 136 Evs in Special attack instead of Attack and give it Hidden Power Fire for Steel types that aren’t affected by Toxic. I hope this helps.

Well, in my opinion, the Pokemon you want isScizor.It’s abug-steeltype, so it only has one weakness.It has a100defense stat, and a80Special Defence statAlso, it’s rocking a130attack stat, so it easily can put dents in other Pokemon

Another amazing defensive Pokemon is ForetressIt has a huge defense stat! Plus access to Spikes + Stealth RockAlso, you’ve got Pinceo equipped with an Evolite can be unstoppable, also Swadloon equipped with one too.

I would personally go with Scizor and use this set:
