Since it is a percentage, it doesn’t make much of a difference anyway. Let’s say it hit 4 times. If it were to apply to each hit individually is the same as applying to the total amount of damage done.

100x1.2=120 damage

The items increase Grass type move’s power (power, not damage) by 20%. The power of Bullet Seed is determinedper hit, which it does several times.

So the Meadow plate boosts each of Bullet Seed’s 25 power by 20%, which it does 2-5 times.
