Do the three legendary birds and Suicune re-spawn if they are defeated in SoulSilver?

Can someone tell me if the three legendary birds as well as suicune respawn if you defeat them in soulsilver?

Thanks for the answers but does the legendary birds respawn and what if you knock out suicune against accidentally?(my omega[thyplosion]Is level 96)

Suicune will also go back to the Burnt Tower if you accidentally knock it out, but only after you beat the Elite Four.

These Pokémon will also come back if you knock them out and then defeat the Elite Four so you have multiple chances to obtain them.

They will come back, but you must defeat the Elite Four for them to do so.

Generation IVStarting in Platinum, if the player defeats a roaming Pokémon, it will reappear when the player next enters the Hall of Fame, but the player must retrigger its roaming. For example, if the player defeats Mesprit and then enters the Hall of Fame, Mesprit will only begin roaming again once the player visits Verity Cavern.

Yeah, it appears so for roaming encounters, after you enter the Hall Of Fame again.
