There isn’t any ‘easier’ way to do Masuda method, as thereis only one way. There’s no easier way than Masuda method in terms ofchance, though there is the Shining Charm which increases the chance of seeing a Shiny Pokemon.

This is now you do it:> The Masuda method is possible because of an internal marker on each Pokémon which identifies their “home location”, 0x17. If the game recognizes the two Pokémon in the daycare as having different home locations, then the chances of the Egg hatching into a Shiny Pokémon will increase. In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver, the odds will be increased by five times: from the usual 1/8192 to 1/1639. In Pokémon Black and White, the odds were increased again, to 1/1366. This is six times as likely as encountering a Shiny Pokémon in tall grass.

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Masuda_method#Mechanics_and_reasoning_____So basically, have Female Eevee or one of the Eeveelutions from one country, and another Male Pokemon from another country from the same Egg group to breed, or the alternative of a Ditto from another country. In W2, the chance of producing a Shiny Pokemon from the Egg is increased from 1/8192 to 1/1366.

There’s no other way besides trying again and again and again until you get one, sorry.

This is a tested Action Replay code that you can use. You mark the Pokemon in the pc you want to be shiny once you confirm the mark the Pokemon will be shiny.
