Explorers of time locked rooms?

There are Keys in Aegis Cave that unlock locked corridors. I know there is one deep in Midnight Forest, but are there any others? Where are they?

Those Rooms are rooms that contain special Items like Evolution items, TMs and HMs, and many more. You need a Key to open these rooms, which can be bought in the Kecleon Market. You should really try to access those rooms if you can.
