Okay, first off, You might want a good 4 of your pokemon to know Baton pass, now to the individuals.

Gliscor - You put Ev’s in his Attack, yet he has no Attacking moves… I would take those out, or replace Agility with Earthquake.

Ninjask - Hardy nature? Careful is better here, moveset’s fine, just make sure to make him your lead.

Togekiss - I’m not a huge fan of your set, but its OK. Just make sure to change that ability, you made it hustle, it needs to be serene grace.

Gyarados - Dragon Tail? If you’re not using D-dance, ( I see why with baton passing ) Atleast use Body Slam, to be a bit harder hitting that Ice fang on Other Gyaradoses.

Garchomp - first off, 252 in Atk and spd, and 4 in hp. Secondly, Give him Dragon Claw over outrage here, so he can actually stay in after you set up your baton passes.

Ramphardos - Needs to go. Sub for….

Smeargle - You can’t have a baton passing team without one! Well, you can, but he’s good here.Use this as his set.

Shift Gear - Its like a hyped up D-dance

Spore - Obvious use

Substitute - More obviousness

Baton Pass - Its what the team is based around.

Ev’s in Hp and Speed, then you should be good,

Also beware that a good Physical Wall with Iron Defense, could easily smoke your team.
