How can egg moves be taught in Scarlet/Violet?

I am new to Pokemon and I want to build a set for Grafaiai. I need parting shot but I noticed its an egg move that can be transferred through parenthood in breeding. OK but how to I teach the parents? Can a wild Pokemon already learn egg move? In that case I have to farm for a male Grafaiai with Parting Shot? I’ve already tried but didn’t find any.

Learning Egg Moves in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is the easiest it’s ever been in the history of the series. In order to learn an Egg Move, simplyhave the Pokemon whose move you want to pass on, and the Pokemon who you want to learn the move in your party together.Then, start a Picnic, and just like that, the move will be passed on to the Pokemon.It’s really that easy. Now, crucially, if you overwrite the move with another move, the Egg Move won’t be part of the Pokemon’s move list, meaning you’d need to relearn the Egg Move.

Step 1: givethe Pokémon that already has the move you want to pass onthe Mirror Herb item.

Optional: delete other moves on the Pokémon that already has the move to avoid possible mistakes.

Step 2: free up a move slot onthe Pokémon that is learning the move. It does not need to hold any specific item.

Step 3: host a picnic with both Pokémon in your party.

The move should now be known by both Pokémon.
