How can I beat Cynthia using this team in Platinum?

Hi, so i’ve Tried this about 9 times but still failing. Saved just before going into her room.

I have great great difficulty when cyntia her Pokemon gets the first attack and especially with Milotic and garchomp as both these Pokemon gets the first attack and they damage me so much that I can’t do a 2nd attack cuz with their 2nd attack i’m Dead. Basically, I need first attack in a turn to do 2 attacks before it gets a chance to finish me and than, and ONLY THAN, I can kill their Pokemon in 2 turns.

Can anyone help me? I’m shaking as i’m Just done and want to progress the story after so (so far 9 re-runs) many tries trying.

Why does Infernape have so many different moves that are all weak against both Milotic AND Garchomp, when it could have learned close combat? Go to Pastoria City and replace ember with close combat. Also razor wind is useless. Go to Route 212 to teach Floatzel ice punch, so you can one-shot Garchomp and make juice mixes :P. To move first, look at your options and make sure you’re playing with shift, not set. Make sure your Pokemon aren’t holding anything like iron balls, macho braces, lagging tails, or full incenses.
