How can I play Pokémon Colosseum/XD?

I do not own a GameCube and probably never will and I would use emulation as a last resort. I heard that it was possible to play some GC games in the Wii but I can’t find out if this game works and if I would need a different controller. Please let me know if there is a way to play it on Wii without having to buy too much equipment or another easy way to go about this. Thanks!

Okay, so… Youwantto playPokémon Colosseum&Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. But youdon’town a GameCube, but youdoown a Wii (I’m assuming from the desc.).

Keep in mind that in order to play GameCube games on a Wii you’ll need a GameCube Memory Card, and Controller with (depends on your Wii) the appropriate USB type.

Note: Memory Cards can be as much as $30, while controllers can be as low as $20.

That said, here are your options:

Purchase a copy(store of choice). Though do note that (international copies) old games are (usually) expensive, and it’s hard to tell if they’re authentic/a scam or not.●Though a Japanese copy of Colosseum can be around $20-50, XD is a little over $50. Buuuut you would need a Japanese Wii, which could be $25-50 or a little over $100 at most.

Setup a PCemulatorto play the game(s).

Homebrewyour Wii to play the game(s).

Due to Rule#0.8I cannot provide any elaboration on the last two methods, self-research is required.
