How did Tyraintar outspeed my Regieleki in Battle Stadium Doubles?

i was in a battle stadium doulble battle where the opposing tyranitar outsped my regieleki and my scarf kyogre for that matter, scarf???

It is possible for Tyranitar to outspeed, but not without Speed modifiers.Tyranitar with Jolly nature, a Scarf, and no Speed EVs reaches259 speed, and with EVs,364 speed, both which aren’t enough to outspeed Scarf Kyogre (459 speed) and uninvested Regieleki (436 speed). However, withSticky Webup on your side, Kyogre would reach306 speedand Regieleki would reach332 speed, both slower than EVed Tyranitar. Another likely possibility is that the opponent hadTailwindactive, which would bring uninvested Tyranitar’s speed to519, faster than Scarf Kyogre and 252 Speed EV non-speed nature Regieleki, which has a speed of499.

If it was neither of those, Tyranitar must have used a priority move, a teammate usedQuashorAfter You,Trick Roomwas active, Tyranitar didn’t have a Scarf, and usedDragon DanceorRock Polishto boost it’s speed and you didn’t remember, or Tyranitar had a priority boosting item.
