How do I EV train my Pokemon in White?

I am not really all the matter about EV training but i guess its useful since everybody says so. Here’s my question:

How should i EV train my Slaking, Gallade, Reuniclus and Cofagrigus?

You should Ev train your pokemon in…..

SlakingAttack and Health and 4 in defense. Attack to do the most damage possible before he dies, Health and defense for more bulk to last. Train in Route 1 with Patrats and Lillipups for Atk.Papitoads, Stufisk and Shelmet in Icirrus City for Hp. Relic Castle has Yamask,Cofagrigus,Onix, and Sandslash for defense.

GalladeSpeed and attack for obvious reasons and 4 def to help with his mediocre defense. Train in Route 1 with Patrats and Lillipups for Atk. Relic Castle has Yamask,Cofagrigus,Onix, and Sandslash for defense. Basculin in the water while surfing for Speed in Route one

ReuniclusHealth and Sp.Attack with 4 def. Health+def to increase his awesome bulk and Sp.Atk to to do more damage. Train in Icirrus City with Papitoads, Stufisk and Shelmet for Hp. Litwicks and Elgyems in Celestial tower for Sp.Atk. Relic Castle has Yamask,Cofagrigus,Onix, and Sandslash for defense.

CofagrigusHp and 136 Def and 120 Sp.Def. All for bulk. Train in Icirrus City with Papitoads, Stufisk and Shelmet for Hp. Relic Castle has Yamask,Cofagrigus,Onix, and Sandslash for defense.
