How do I obtain the Herba Mysticas in Pokémon Violet and what effects do they have?

I saw that some people said things about putting Herba Mysticas in their sandwiches. I already finished the game, just so that you know. If anybody knows, then tell me.

Herba Mysticas can be obtained through five and six star tera raids, however only certain Pokémon can drop them. Even then, it’s not a guarantee you’ll get one. I do not know what the odds of getting one are, unfortunately.
