How do you get rare items?

like in XY, BW, & HGSS? how to get masterballs & rare candies?if you are not my friend, then don’t expect me to select your answer.

Rare Candies are sold in the Battle Maison, so you actually have an unlimited supply of those, although it will take so much battling to get a reasonable number this way that you might as well battle elsewhere and level your Pokemon up the old fashioned way.As Poke’slash reminded me, you can also get Rare Candies with PokeMiles.Source

As for the Master Ball, well there is obviously the one you get playing through the story line. If you want more, then the only way is to win the lottery. That is obviously very difficult, so don’t expect to get a second one any time soon.Source
