How do you get the Lottery Shop that has a chance to give you a Masterball in Pokémon USUM?

The name you’ll want to look for is Big Dreams.(Source)That being said, there are 2 methods to get a Big Dreams Shop:

1:Continue leveling up your Festival Plaze rank and hope that Sophocles will offer a Big Dreams shop, or2:Select the “Do you know any good facilities?” option when talking to visitors in your Festival Plaza and hope they have a Big Dreams Lottery Shop as their favorite so you they can introduce it to you to have it at your Festival Plaza.
