How good is Cincinno in Gen 8 Battle Stadium Singles?

Cincinno is one of my favorite Pokemon, cool and cute design. I believe that it is viable but I’m not sure if it is heavily outclassed by anything else that isn’t cloyster. I want other peoples opinion on this please and thank you.

Cinccino @ Choice BandAbility: Skill LinkEVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpeAdamant Nature- Bullet Seed- Rock Blast- U Turn- Tail Slap

More offensive, U turn to reset choice band and pivot. Bullet seed, rock blast, and tail slap to exploit skill link. Choice band and adamant nature to boost his average attack.

Cinccino @ King’s RockAbility: Skill LinkEVs: 28 HP / 228 Atk / 252 SpeAdamant Nature- Bullet Seed- Rock Blast- Encore- Tail Slap

Similar set but with encore to stall a few turns. King’s rock to have a chance of flinching for every move that isn’t encore.

In both series 7 and series 8, Cinccino is in fact heavily outclassed by Cloyster, mostly because Cloyster has better offensive typing and can learn shell smash and ice shard. Cinccino is also outclassed by Snorlax as an offensive normal. Speed is the only stat where Cinccino is better than Snorlax. Snorlax’s curse can easily make its attacks more powerful than Cinccino’s, and recycle and gluttony let Snorlax reliably use multiple curses in one battle.
