How many places are there to catch a Pokemon in all the main series games?

What I mean is across all the regions you travel in themain seriesgames what is the subtotal of all the places you can, possibly catch a Pokemon. This includes from cerulean cave to terminus cave. Please don’t count places you can visit in multiple games as multiple places. Oh and please don’t hate me. ;)
