There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation I whose name starts with Q, U, X or Y.There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation II whose name starts with V or Z.There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation III whose name starts with O, Q, U, X or Y.There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation IV whose name starts with J, N, O, Q, X or Z.There was no Pokémon introduced in Generation V whose name starts with I, N, Q or X.

(P.S It may not be exact. I just spent most of my time counting all of it. Be happy. :D)

Also cause I felt like it, each letter has an average of 25.923077 PokemonJust 649 (amount of pokedex entries) + 25 (amount of announced X/Y) = 674, divide by 26 = the answer
