How many Pokemon were announced or leaked before S/M came out?

I want to see how much was revealed compared to the amount of new Pokémon overall in the generation.

The previous answers are fine but I asked the question to know how much of the Pokédex TPCI announced, and used the word “leak” to include stuff like CoroCoro. The Sun and Moon demo was something I hadn’t thought of, and that demo was the cause of the full ‘dex leaking unofficially, so my answer accounts for how many Pokémon wereofficiallyannounced via the Pokémon YouTube channel and CoroCoro.

When the Pokemon Sun and Moon demo was released, dataminers found the coding for every single Pokemon in the games data, along with their shiny forms. Therefore, every single Pokemon was leaked before the entire game was out.
