How strong is this Tail Slap under these setups?

I am trying to make a sweeping Cinccino to mess with some friends. The idea was:Cinccino @ Silk ScarfTechnician Ability-Tail Slap

So, I thought that was good, but then I remembered that the item Choice Band exists. My question; would Cinccino, Technician, STAB, Silk Scarf be stronger or would Cinccino, Technician, STAB, Choice Band be stronger, along with about how much is the Base Power of a single Tail Slap (including STAB) for each?

This answer ignores rounding because rounding in Pokemon is ridiculously complex and usually has no effect or an insignificant effect.Tail slap’s base power is 25.sourceTechnician is a 1.5 power multiplier.sourceSilk scarf is a 1.2 power multiplier.sourceChoice band is a 1.5 physical attack multiplier.sourceSTAB is a 1.5 damage multiplier.sourceTail slap’s power with technician and silk scarf is technically 45, and its power with technician and choice band is technically 37.5. But if you pretend that choice band and STAB are power multipliers, then it’s 67.5 with silk scarf and 84.375 with choice band.
