How to access, and what Pokemon are in, the Hidden Grottos?

I tried looking it up in the DB, but it’s not there, also, the How to Access, I kinda know how, I really just wanna know where those gaps in the trees are and how to get Pokemon from there, since it seems like a unique place, like the Dreamworld was.
