I have a problem... I want a special golurk, any advice?

Choice Specs is necessary for Golurk to do good damage, as its Special Attack stat is pitiful. No Guard is its only viable ability, seeing as Iron Fist is useless on a moveset with no punching moves and Klutz is useless in general, and it is still useful as it gives Focus Blast 100% accuracy. 252 Special Attack EVs and a Modest Nature give Golurk as much power as it can get. 156 Speed EVs allow Golurk to outspeed typical walls which usually do not reach a Speed benchmark higher than 170 or 180. The rest is dumped in HP to improve bulk. Shadow Ball and Earth Power are good STAB moves. Focus Blast hits many types, most notably Dark type Pokemon, for super-effective damage. Flash Cannon provides relevant coverage, hitting Fairy types super-effectively.
