I want Palkia to be an all-out attacker, but I'm unsure of moves?

By ‘all-out attacker’ I mean that I don’t want it to have any status moves, and I want it to do as much damage as possible to most of the types. I’ve already sorted Dialga, it’s moves are:

Ariel Ace - for Fighting, Bug, and GrassIce Beam - Dragon, Flying, Grass, and GroundEarthquake - Electric, Poison, Fire, Steel, and RockIron Tail - Fairy, Ice, and Rock

It does Super-Effective damage on 13 of the 18 Types (including its weaknesses: Fighting and Ground), with STAB and the Adamant Orb for Iron Tail, and does neutral damage on the other 5 types, so dual types shouldn’t be much bother. I just need something like this for Palkia, and I’ll probably need Dragon Claw, Aqua Tail, or Spacial Rend for the STAB/Lustrous Orb. I know this is very specific, but any help will be appreciated.

All-out attacker you say? What’s with those moves?! No offense, but Dialgia can’t run Aerial Ace for crap. And a special attacker would be much better. A good item would be a Life Orb and the suggested set (my suggested set) should be:Dialgia @ LeftoversEVs: 252 Hp/252 Sp.atk/4 SpdAbility: PressureModest Nature-Draco Meteor-Flash Cannon-Fire Blast-Aura Sphere
