Is beldum garunteed to breed with ditto?

I have Pokémon Sword, and I wanna get a good nature for my beldum. I tried to breed it with a ditto, and the lady at the daycare said they prefer to play with other Pokémon. Am I garunteed to get it or do I need to get a different beldum?

There is a guarantee for getting an egg when the Pokémon are compatible. However breeding will only happen when the day care lady describes their relationship as“The two seem to get along”

Yes, Beldum can breed with Ditto. Even though Beldum is a genderless Pokémon, and Genderless Pokémon usually can’t breed (some can, only with ditto).
