Is Noivern viable in Gen 8 OU?

If it is please give me a moveset. If not, please give me candidates to replace it (such as a Flying-type or Levitating Pokemon).

No, not quiteNoivern is tiered asRUand has some usage inUU.it has a solid 123 speed and a decent 97 Special Attack, but even then, it’s other stats are sub-par and it is outclassed. It’s abilities aren’t spectacular, either. A Pokémon that far outclasses it (and shares the same typing) isDragonite.all of Dragonite’s stats surpass Noivern’s besides speed, which it makes up for by using Agility or Dragon Dance. It’s also gotMultiscale,which is one of the best abilities in the game. A good moveset would be:Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots/Weakness PolicyAbility: MultiscaleEVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 SpeAdamant or Jolly Nature- Dragon Dance/Agility- Dragon Claw- Dual Wingbeat- Iron HeadAnother good option would beLandorus-Therian.it’s a very versatile Pokémon, with a good movepool, awesome stats, a great ability, and good offensive and defensive typing.
