Is the Baton Pass strategy viable in Natdexag?

For those who don’t know what is it, here is an example:Have a super bulky Pokemon, make it have baton Pass and use some status moves, Baton Passes and sweeps your team. But can easily be ruined by WhirlwindLugias.Looking at how viable Lugia is, it really is a threat. So how viable is this strategy?

Uh, don’t make sense. Baton Pass is done primarily by fast attackers which don’t need bulk always, such as Ninjask, Scolipede, Blaziken, etc. You do are vulnerable to getting revenge killed by Ditto, Marshadow, etc. as well.

Looking at how viable Lugia is, it really is a threat. So how viable is this strategy?

Yes, teams have at least one Whirlwind-er to ruin this, however Taunt can make short work of them. You do need to be careful how people handle them, since they can lead with Dynamax Yveltal which can easily keep with Speed Boost with its Max Airstream.

So, we can tell thatBaton Pass can do good, but entirely planning around it isn’t good.Hope this helps!
