Is there a way to get any pokemon in pokemon black/white without AR

I really need to get some good pokemon because my friend always makes fun of me when he creams me when we battle. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!

First off, what level are your friends pokemon? What’re yours? If they are way uneven ( i’m talking 15+ levels) face him after you train. Also,try making a balanced team that play off each other’s strengths (i.e. have a chandelure with a special moveset) And strategize….its a japanese RPG, what did you think it’d be about? XD. To answer your question, play the game, and find the pokemon you like

It’s very possible to get good Pokenon without AR. In fact, it’s simple.

THere are a couple of reasons why your friend beat you:

His levels were higherYOur Pokemon choices were too weakHe was using legendariesHe EV trained

So, you might wanna learn EVs. Also, you need good natures, IVs, etc. I recommend you battle your friend on PO, so you can get any Poke you want and Ev train, get good natures, etc.

Yes, every Pokemon is obtainable, but many you will need to trade with the opposite game (e.g. Black if you’re playing White). A few Pokemon can only be obtained through events like Celebi, Deoxys, Arceus but they re-release them sometimes. There was recently an Arceus event.

Catch Lvl 60’s in the dark grass in Eastern Unova and train them in the sports arenas in Nimbasa City. Once they hit level 75+ and have good moves, go to Elite 4 to train.
