Is there any Pokemon that could OHKO Shuckle?

And I was wondering again is there any Pokemon that could OHKO Shuckle with Max HP and Def/SpD EVs with a Defense/SpD boosting nature (depends if you use special move, than go with SpD nature) with no Sturdy ability and stat boost?If there is one, what is the strategy? And no OHKO moves please.Thanks!

The easiest way to do it is with Final Gambit. That way the defense stats aren’t relevant at all, the only thing that matters is whether the Final Gambit user has more HP than Shuckle (hint: it does, unless it’s Shedinja or Diglett).
