Is this a glitch in Pokemon showdown?

This is what has happened:

Turn 10You have 150 seconds to make your decision.The opposing Electivire used Ice Punch!Ho-Oh lost 45.5% of its health!Ho-Oh used Tailwind!The tailwind blew from behind your team!Ho-Oh restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Turn 11You have 150 seconds to make your decision.Ho-Oh used Roost!Ho-Oh regained health!The opposing Electivire used Ice Punch!It’s not very effective… Ho-Oh lost 21.6% of its health!Ho-Oh restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Turn 12You have 150 seconds to make your decision.Ho-Oh used Brave Bird!It’s not very effective… The opposing Electivire lost 24% of its health!Ho-Oh is damaged by recoil!The opposing Electivire used Ice Punch!Ho-Oh lost 45.8% of its health!Ho-Oh restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Turn 13You have 150 seconds to make your decision.Ho-Oh used Brave Bird!It’s not very effective… The opposing Electivire lost 25% of its health!Ho-Oh is damaged by recoil!The opposing Electivire used Ice Punch!Ho-Oh lost 28.0% of its health!Ho Oh fainted.

As you can see in turn 10,12 and 13 ice punch did nutral damage to ho oh but in turn 11 it said not very effective for ice punch to ho oh.Is this a glitch?

When you use roost, a flying type Pokemon looses it’s flying type just until the end of the turn therefore ice punch is ineffective to Ho-Oh’s now just fire typing.
