Is Wally's Theme available in WIFI Battles?

Why? Because Wally’s theme is the greatest theme ever made in Pokemon. I want to listen to it when I slaughter opponents with my Kyogre.

Side note: Wow, I’m blown away by how awesome this is. I need to play Pokémon with the volume on more often, it just gets so annoying hearing the Battle Theme a million times. This is right up there withZinnia’s ThemeandDialga’s Fight to the Finish.
