List of every change in Pokemon X&Y?

I’ve noticed that on alot of attacks and abillities, it says things like “In Generations 2-5…” And then something different than what it currently is. So I was wondering if I could have a list of every single change added in X&Y.

(EDIT: Also please don’t flag this, telling me this should be on Meta, because these are changes to the games themselves, and the website just says it).
