Looking for specs on Ash and Alain's teams?

I’m looking for a complete team list for Ash and Alain from the XYZ anime. What I’m looking for is:

It doesn’t need to be 100% accurate, because I know some things on the list are impossible to find, like abilities. I’m also aware that not all of Alain’s Pokémon used their full movesets in battle, like Unfezant, so just list all the moves we know of.
