Mega Gardevoir or Mega Alakazam?

In terms of synergy Gardevoir will work better to take Dragon attacks for Salamence. Plus you already have a speedy special attacker (Jolteon) so Gardevoir can work as a support Pokemon if you’re interested in that. An alternative is bulky offense. Here are my suggested sets:

Gardevoir @ GardevoiriteAbility: TraceEVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDefModest Nature- Hyper Voice- Energy Ball- Focus Blast- Psyshock

Gardevoir @ GardevoiriteAbility: TraceEVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtkCalm Nature- Wish- Protect- Toxic- Hyper Voice

Really depends on your team and/or personal preference.I myself prefer Mega Gardevoir over Mega Zam because I don’t like frail Pokemon like that. And I like Gardevoir’s new typing a lot more.

But it really comes down to personal preference and your team atm, if you need a more bulky Pokemon and a psychic/fairy one, choose Gardevoir but if you want something really fast and powerful(but frail), pick Alakazam.
