Modest or Timid nature for Choice Scarf Kyogre?

Is there anything in Uber that I can’t outspeed without a Timid nature?

I suggest using modest for more power.Choice scarf kyorge will outspeed everything but other choice scarfers but even then with timid he won’t be able to outspeed any of them.
