Pidgeot, Togekiss, Swellow, Staraptor, or Unfezant?

Which one is best ingame, and which one is best competitively? Why and could you post a moveset? Thanks. And I’m pretty sure I already know the answers but I am still asking anyway xD

Ingame, I would go for staraptor or togekiss. I would say that because togekiss can take and dish out hits well and staraptor can sweep pretty good, compared to the common ingame. They are pretty even to me.
